Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US/UK Travel Sales Consultant (Flight Sales) located in Gurugram. The consultant will assist clients in planning and managing travel itineraries, focusing on flight bookings and reservations. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on travel options, handling customer inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring seamless booking processes. Additional tasks involve managing travel arrangements, resolving customer concerns, and delivering high-quality customer service to promote client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to effectively address client concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with global travel destinations, especially the US/UK market, is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in travel and tourism are preferred
