Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position located in Chennai for an Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and closing pre-qualified US/UK prospects, guiding them through the sales process without the stress of cold prospecting. You will work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, deliver excellent service, and build strong relationships. Communication and collaboration with the broader team will be essential to achieving sales targets and fostering loyalty among our customers.
Qualifications:
- Pitch and close pre-qualified US / UK B2C Prospects.
- Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude
- Prior experience in healthcare services or senior care support is a plus
- Proven International outbound sales experience is a must.
- Should mandatorily be fluent in Tamil and English. Other languages are a plus.
CTC: Competitive Base (Based on last drawn) + Uncapped Incentives.
