Job Title: US Trucking Dispatch Executive (Night Shift)Location: Remote / Mohali & Chandigarh Hub
Reports to: Operations Manager / CEO
Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift in IST)
Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of our fleet, ensuring our drivers are moving efficiently, our customers are satisfied, and our profit margins are protected. This role requires a "puzzle-solver" mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities- Load Planning & Booking: Proactively source and negotiate high-paying loads using DAT, Truckstop, and private carrier portals.
- Fleet Coordination: Manage a dedicated group of drivers, providing them with clear dispatch instructions, routing, and pick-up/delivery details.
- Driver Support: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, resolving issues related to breakdowns, lumper fees, detention, and weather delays.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all drivers adhere to HOS (Hours of Service) and ELD regulations to maintain a strong safety rating.
- SaaS Integration: Utilize and provide feedback on our proprietary AI-driven dispatching tools (SuperTruck.ai) to streamline operations and automate manual tasks.
- Broker Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 brokers and shippers to secure consistent freight lanes.
Required Skills & Experience- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in US Trucking Dispatch (Dry Van/Reefer/Flatbed).
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of US geography, major freight corridors, and "hot/cold" market trends.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ELDs (Samsara/Motive) and TMS platforms. Candidates with a background in software testing or "Power User" status in logistics tech are highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to negotiate firmly with brokers and empathize effectively with drivers.
- Resilience: Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
