Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our travel services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for flights, holiday packages, and cruises.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual clients.
- Provide expert travel advice and personalized solutions to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups professionally.
- Negotiate deals with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure the best offers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
