Desired Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a candidate with strong hands-on experience in freight forwarding/NVOCC operations, especially for USA inbound and outbound shipments. The role involves complete shipment coordination, client servicing, documentation, and execution of DDP/DAP movements while working closely with overseas partners and customers in the US time zone.
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations for USA inbound and outbound shipments — from booking confirmation to final delivery
- Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and clients for smooth shipment execution
- Handle AES filings, OBL release, customs clearance, trucking coordination, container tracking, and empty container returns
- Execute DDP/DAP shipments including landed cost planning, milestone tracking, and timely delivery management
- Ensure accurate documentation, shipment updates, and operational compliance
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure high service standards and timely issue resolution
- Generate customer invoices, monitor payment follow-ups, and support shipment file closures
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Desired Skills:
- Good knowledge of US trade lanes and ocean freight procedures
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines efficiently
- Familiarity with freight software/ERP systems and shipping documentation
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail

US Time Zone / Night Shift
