Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for the US market while effectively handling stakeholders (hiring managers, clients, and shareholders). The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Hindi to ensure smooth communication with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT/Technical roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Source candidates using US job portals such as Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback with stakeholders
- Provide regular hiring updates, reports, and pipeline status
- Work with different US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Handle offer negotiation and candidate closure
- Meet SLA and TAT requirements for all open positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment
- Strong experience in stakeholder/client management
- Fluency in both English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Naukri, Indeed
- Ability to work in US shift / night shift
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
Good to Have:
- Experience in direct client handling
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Bullhorn, Ceipal, etc.)
- Experience working with implementation partners/vendors
- Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
