As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top IT talent for US-based clients while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

๐น Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, Indeed, Boolean Search & Job Portals
๐น Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and client requirements
๐น Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
๐น Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
๐น Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures
๐น Collaborate with the internal team to achieve hiring targets
