Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Technical Recruiter to be part of our team in an on-site capacity, located in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves managing the full-life cycle of technical recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for IT positions in the US market. The recruiter will build strong relationships with candidates and clients, evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Additionally, the recruiter will stay informed of industry trends and contribute to growing our talent pool by fostering a proactive recruitment strategy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proven skills in Technical Recruiting, with the ability to assess technical qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Recruiting methodologies and best practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Familiarity with IT industry terms and technologies
- Previous experience in the US IT staffing market is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Technical Degree B.E/ b. Tech, MCA, MSc - CS, IT
