Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Technical Recruiter, located in Noida. The US Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing and screening qualified technical talent, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include building strong talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and maintaining candidate relationships throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Recruiting, Full-life Cycle Recruiting, and Recruiting processes
- Strong proficiency in Hiring strategies and talent acquisition methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience recruiting for IT and technology roles, with knowledge of technical skill sets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of US labor laws and compliance is a plus
