Job Title: US Technical Recruiter (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive or Industrial Engineering recruitment)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1-4 years
We are looking for experienced US Technical Recruiters to join our growing US Recruiting team in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate will have strong US staffing/recruitment experience, including hands-on experience recruiting professionals in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, and related technical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US engineering positions.
-Understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
-Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases, referrals and other channels.
-Conduct candidate qualification and initial technical screening.
-Build and maintain strong pipelines of US engineering professionals.
-Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions as required.
-Coordinate candidate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
-Negotiate compensation and support offer closures.
-Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity in the ATS.
-Meet daily, weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs.
-Work closely with Account Managers and hiring teams.
-Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress.
-Develop market knowledge around engineering skills, locations, compensation and candidate availability.
Required Qualifications:
-1 to 4 years of US Staffing / US Technical Recruitment experience.
-Experience with implementation partners.
-Proven experience recruiting technical professionals for the US market.
-Experience with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive or Industrial Engineering recruitment.
-Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
-Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
-Experience using US job boards and recruiting databases.
-Strong understanding of US recruiting practices.
-Excellent candidate communication and relationship-management skills.
-Ability to work 100% onsite in Bangalore.
-Ability to work according to US Central Time.
