Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 4–10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technologies while ensuring a strong candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks like LinkedIn and Naukri.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.
- Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain data in ATS.
- Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and documentation.
What we are looking for:
- 4-10 Years of full life cycle experience in US IT Staffing, involving Technical Recruiting
- A demonstrated career progression in Technical recruiting
- Should have a deep understanding of IT labor categories and other IT technical terms
- Knowledge of US work visa legislation
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases, and strategies
- Be motivated & focused to deliver to established metrics.
