Hiring: U.S. Tax Professional
Role overview:
We are looking to hire experienced U.S. Tax professionals for multiple positions across Tax Staff, Tax Associate, and Tax Senior levels. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with exposure to diverse U.S. individual and business tax returns.
Location: Ahmedabad / Hybrid
Industry: U.S. Tax / Accounting / CPA Firm
Experience Range: 2–7+ Years
Salary: Best in Industry
🔹 Open Positions & Requirements
Tax Staff:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 1040 / Individual Tax Return preparation
• Good understanding of U.S. taxation fundamentals
• Candidates eligible or preparing for CPA will be preferred
Tax Associate:
• Minimum 4 years of experience preparing Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns
• Strong hands-on experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns required
• Exposure to client coordination and handling review comments preferred
• EA / CPA or candidates pursuing certifications will be an added advantage
Tax Senior:
• Minimum 7 years of experience handling complex Individual, Partnership, and Corporate Tax Returns
• Experience in review work, technical taxation, and mentoring junior team members preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. tax compliance and workflows required
• EA / CPA preferred but not mandatory
🔹 Key Skills Required:
• U.S. Taxation knowledge
• Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with U.S. tax software/workflow tools would be an advantage
