Ethical Venture (EthVen Inc) is hiring 7 US Tax Preparers for an exciting opportunity.
If you have experience in US tax preparation and want to work on complex and high-volume tax engagements, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.
Role Includes:
- Preparation and review of US federal and state tax returns
- Hands-on experience with:
- Form 1065 – Partnership Tax Returns
- Form 1120-S – S Corporation Tax Returns
- Form 1040 – Individual Tax Returns
- Flow-through entity and high net worth individual taxation
- Multi-state tax returns, tax planning, estimates, and extensions
- Real estate related tax work including 1031 exchanges, waterfalls, carried interest, and investor reconciliations
- Working on large-volume tax return processes and K-1 reporting
- Preparing workpapers and supporting documentation in a paperless environment
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in US taxation, public accounting, or corporate tax
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and tax research tools
- Immediate joiners preferred
