*US Tax Manager (Business Tax Returns)* with *6+ years of experience in U.S. taxation* required in *a CPA firm having operations* at *Dahisar (nearby station)* , Mumbai
*Working Hours: 4 pm to 12 am or 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm*
JD:
• *Lead and manage U.S. business tax engagements including preparation and review of Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1040*
• Review complex tax returns, workpapers, reconciliations, and *ensure compliance with IRS and multi-state tax regulations*
• Manage a team of tax professionals, allocate work, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance and training
• *Report directly to Directors/Partners on client deliverables, workflow status , escalations, and team performance*
• Handle client coordination for tax planning, financial data collection, notices, audits, and tax-related queries
• *Conduct tax research and provide advisory support on business tax matters* and compliance updates
• Support IRS and state audits while maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards
Salary *upto Rs 15 lakh per annum (can be increased for a suitable candidate)*
