Job Opportunity : US Tax & Accounting Professional
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Ahmedabad
Shift timing: 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Experience: 3 to 6 Years (US Tax & US Accounting)
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and review various US federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Ensure accurate tax compliance, filings, and readiness of financial data.
- Oversee full-charge bookkeeping, accounting data migrations, and general ledger accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and intercompany reconciliations.
- Process payroll, manage vendor payments, and handle month-end closing activities.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and manage US Sales Tax compliance
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of dedicated US tax (1120, 1120S, and 1065) and full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Hands-on expertise with QuickBooks, Xero, and Odoo and US tax software
- Deep understanding of US GAAP, accounting standards, and tax procedures.
- EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
