We are looking for professionals with strong experience recruiting engineering talent within the automotive and manufacturing domain across the United States.
Job Title: Engineering Recruiter – US Staffing (Automobile Manufacturing)
Location: Onsite in Galaxy Blue Sapphire, Noida Extension, Near Gaur City Mall
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: US Shift - 9 AM to 6 PM EST – No Remote or Hybrid - Onsite M-F
Experience: 2–5 years of US Staffing experience supporting Automotive/Manufacturing engineering requirements
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating engineering professionals for large Automobile Manufacturing MSP clients in the United States, with a major focus on requirements from Toyota Motor Corporation and General Motors supplier/vendor programs. The recruiter should have strong experience working on high-volume VMS/MSP requirements and a solid understanding of manufacturing engineering skillsets, automotive production environments, and technical hiring processes within the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Automobile Manufacturing engineering positions across Contract and Contract-to-Hire roles in the US.
- Work extensively on MSP/VMS requirements supporting clients such as Toyota Motor Corporation and General Motors Corporation.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, referrals, ATS databases, and Boolean search strategies.
- Recruit for manufacturing and automotive engineering skillsets including:
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Controls Engineer
- Process Engineer
- Quality Engineer
- Production Engineer
- Validation Engineer
- Embedded/Automotive Software Engineer
- CAD Design Engineer
- PLC/Automation Engineer
- Screen candidates based on technical capabilities, automotive domain experience, communication skills, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and offer processes with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate/job activity within ATS systems such as Bullhorn.
- Negotiate pay rates while ensuring alignment with client budgets and market standards.
- Ensure compliance with US work authorization categories including USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, and C2C consultants.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs and submission targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in US Staffing with focus on Automotive/Manufacturing engineering recruitment.
- Strong experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
- Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types.
- Familiarity with automotive manufacturing environments and engineering terminologies.
- Hands-on experience sourcing engineering talent for Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or manufacturing clients.
- Strong Boolean sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS tools such as Bullhorn.
- Prior experience supporting Automotive OEM clients or supplier programs.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, CAD tools, PLC systems, and quality standards.
- Experience handling high-volume MSP requirements.
