About The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Sales - Quality & Training Team Leader to join our on-site team in India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the US sales quality and training team to achieve organizational goals.
- Design, implement, and monitor sales training programs tailored to US market requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and provide coaching for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and optimize sales processes across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for development and training needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in sales training and team leadership within the US market.
- Strong understanding of sales quality assurance processes and metrics.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working with on-site teams in India.
- Preferred
- Prior experience in the BPO or call center industry.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
