Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deal cycles from first call to closure or final decision
- Conduct deep discovery calls with U.S. industrial decision-makers to identify core business problems
- Deliver tailored, persona-specific proposals within 24 hours of each call
- Manage and maintain an accurate, real-time pipeline in HubSpot
- Lead high-stakes conversations with senior U.S. executives and drive clear next steps
- Use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for research, preparation, proposals, and follow-ups
- Identify buying intent through strong questioning, active listening, and strategic communication
- Lead value-driven pitches, handle objections effectively, and confidently close deals
- Write impactful proposals and follow-ups that actively move deals forward
- Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership during deal cycles
- Adapt to flexible working hours aligned with U.S. time zones
