Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year (Sales / Recruitment / Counseling)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable) + Incentives
Job Overview
We are looking for energetic and result-driven candidates for the role of US Sales Associate (Course Enrollment). This is a night-shift position requiring excellent English communication skills, as the role involves interacting with US-based candidates and guiding them to enroll in our training and career development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with US-based candidates via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Understand candidate backgrounds, career goals, and skill gaps
- Present and explain our training programs and career solutions effectively
- Counsel candidates on the right courses based on their profile
- Handle objections and convert leads into successful enrollments
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain CRM updates and track candidate progress
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and close deals
- Basic understanding of IT/recruitment/training programs (preferred)
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US timing)
