Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for a US Sales Account Manager. The candidate will manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and nurture strong client relationships. Core responsibilities include generating and managing leads, closing sales, and partnering with clients to meet their needs. The Account Manager will act as a primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding service delivery.
Salary : 75K
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service abilities
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Experience in technology, education, or certifications industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
