Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (US Sales) , located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include managing sales processes, building and nurturing customer relationships, driving business growth in the US market, and training team members on sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves identifying business opportunities, presenting solutions, closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer service standards to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
• Strong sales ability and confidence in handling customer objections.
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience in sales/BPO/customer service can apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Basic understanding of travel industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads and convert them into sales for flightsand travel services.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, chat, or email.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable travel options based on their requirements and budget.
• Provide accurate information on fares, routes, travel policies, and promotions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Handle booking confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and follow-ups professionally.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and destination knowledge.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
