About The Opportunity
Beyond Border Consultants is a fast-scaling B2B sales acceleration firm specializing in AI and SaaS go-to-market strategies for US-based tech startups. We help innovative companies scale revenue by deploying high-intent outbound campaigns, setting qualified meetings with C-level and Director-level prospects across the United States. Our team operates in a high-energy, process-driven, and tech-enabled sales environment — where precision, persistence, and performance are non-negotiable.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify US-based decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, VPs of Sales/Operations) for AI and SaaS clients using structured, data-driven outreach sequences.
- Conduct high-impact, value-focused cold calls and email campaigns using CRM tools and AI-enhanced sales platforms to book discovery meetings.
- Map buyer personas, tailor messaging to industry-specific pain points, and maintain 100% compliance with US sales regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
- Track, log, and report all activity daily in Salesforce/HubSpot — ensuring accurate pipeline visibility for clients and internal leadership.
- Collaborate with client success and campaign managers to refine messaging, cadences, and targeting based on real-time performance data.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs including call volume, connect rate, email open/reply rates, and meeting conversion targets.
