US SaaS Business Development Executive (Tech/B2B) – up to ₹8 LPA – Hybrid
Role Overview This position focuses on selling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products to US-based B2B clients. It blends sales, lead generation, and client relationship management—typically aligned with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads (LinkedIn, cold emails, calls) Conduct discovery calls with US clients Pitch SaaS products and explain value propositions Manage the sales pipeline (CRM tools like Salesforce CRM or HubSpot CRM) Coordinate demos with product teams Close deals and meet monthly/quarterly targets
Required Skills Strong communication (especially spoken English, US accent familiarity helps) B2B sales or SaaS sales experience (1–4 years typical) Understanding of SaaS models (subscriptions, ARR, churn) Experience with tools like: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Zoom / Google Meet Ability to work in US shifts (usually evening/night in India)
Salary Insight Up to ₹8 LPA typically includes: Fixed: ₹4–6 LPA Variable (incentives): ₹2–3 LPA (performance-based) High performers can exceed this with commissions
Work Model (Hybrid) Combination of: Office (2–3 days/week) Work from home (rest of the week) Often based in tech hubs like: Gurgaon Noida
Typical Day Evening: Lead outreach, emails, cold calls Night: Client meetings/demos (US time zone) Late night: Follow-ups, CRM updates
