Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Fresher
Location: Mohali (Phase 8B)
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in US Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand job requirements shared by clients and match suitable candidates
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Maintain and update candidate records in the database
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up on submissions
- Ensure good communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of IT roles (preferred)
- Willingness to work in night shift (US shift)
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
