Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

- Maintain applicant tracking systems and prepare recruitment reports.
- Support compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably in the US market.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
