The Role
We’re hiring a US Recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for our US business- sales, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and select leadership roles. You’ll be based out of our Mumbai office, working US hours, and partnering directly with our CEO and US GTM leaders to bring in the people who will drive our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
- Run full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles across GTM functions- sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for enterprise SaaS sales (AEs, RVPs), pre-sales / solution consultants, customer success, and marketing
- Partner with hiring managers in the US to deeply understand role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and drive interview loops
- Source actively on LinkedIn Recruiter, run Boolean searches, work with niche talent communities, and tap into industry networks (MRO, EAM, reliability, asset management)
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end fast feedback loops, clear communication, and a high bar for warmth and professionalism
- Build and maintain the ATS, recruiting metrics, and hiring scorecards
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of full-cycle US recruiting experience, preferably from an enterprise SaaS, B2B tech
- Proven track record hiring US-based GTM talent- sales, pre-sales, customer success, marketing
- Strong sourcing chops on LinkedIn Recruiter and comfort with Boolean, X-ray, and niche channels
- Understanding of US compensation benchmarks, OTE structures, equity, and how to have grounded offer conversations
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories and basic compliance considerations
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfort working in US hours from Mumbai, consistently and sustainably

- Exposure to industrial / asset-intensive verticals (oil & gas, chemicals, pharma manufacturing, mining)
- Experience hiring for AI or data-heavy SaaS products
- Previously hired in early-to-mid-stage growth environments where you’ve built process, not just followed it
- Experience working directly with founders or CEOs
