🎓 Qualification: Any UG Degree (Mandatory)

🧑 💼 Experience: 1–2 years

🕒 Shift: US Shift

📌 Interview Mode: Face-to-face (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and follow up on interview status

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment/HR

• Strong coordination and networking ability
