We are hiring a
dynamic US Recruiter who has experience in handling both
IT and Non-IT requirements for the US market. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, and a proactive approach to sourcing and closing candidates across diverse roles.
Requirements
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing to placement)
- Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals
- Screen candidates through calls and assess technical as well as communication skills
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients based in the US
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely submissions and follow-ups with candidates
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate commitment
🧠Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must-have)
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Experience working with direct clients / MSP / VMS models
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Dice
- Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
