About the Role
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities? We’re looking for an experienced US Recruiter based in Bengaluru, India to drive end-to-end recruitment for the US market across multiple business portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates to coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment while partnering closely with hiring teams to attract and secure top talent across the United States.
- Work US business hours to effectively support candidates and stakeholders across US time zones.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end US recruitment across multiple roles and skill sets.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS, CRM tools, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and candidate experience focus.
