Role:
We are looking for a results-driven US Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for the US market. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and strong negotiation skills to drive candidate closures in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the US recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and stakeholders
Lead salary/rate negotiations and ensure successful closures
Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models
Coordinate with vendors/third-party partners for candidate pipelines
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Track and share daily/weekly recruitment reports
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/database
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
- Proven expertise in strong negotiation and candidate closing
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn sourcing
- Experience working with vendors/implementation partners
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 7.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with ATS tools is a plus
- MBA or relevant degree preferred
