Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients while also supporting domestic hiring requirements. The role will primarily focus on domestic recruitment along with exposure to US staffing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment processes.
- Support recruitment activities for US-based requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Work closely with the internal team to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in domestic recruitment is mandatory.
- Basic understanding or experience in US recruitment/staffing.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and other job portals.
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles effectively.
- Experience in coordinating interviews and managing candidate relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT recruitment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in domestic IT recruitment preferred.
- Exposure to US staffing/recruitment is an added advantage.
- Experience with ATS/recruitment tools is a plus.
