We are looking for Engineering Freshers, Engineering Professionals, and experienced US Recruiters who are interested in building a career in US Engineering Recruitment.
Eligible Backgrounds:
Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, Industrial, Production, Instrumentation & other Engineering streams.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the US Staffing industry are the key requirements.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
- Sourcing & screening engineering candidates
- Working on US-based engineering requirements
- Coordinating interviews & offer closures
- Managing candidate pipelines through ATS/portals
Candidates with exposure to VMS/MSP, W2 hiring, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or prior US Recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
