Seeking experienced US Recruiters ready to transition from agency staffing to client-side internal hiring. Remote role supporting San Francisco Bay Area recruitment for a leading global semiconductor company. Great growth opportunity.
🔹 Role: US Staffing – Talent Sourcing Specialist
🔹 Experience: 3–6 Years (Mandatory US Staffing Experience)
🔹 Preference: Candidates with Semiconductor hiring experience
🔹 Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sourcing activities as per defined SOPs and policies
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for US requirements
• Build and maintain passive candidate pipelines for W2 roles
• Collaborate with recruiters to resolve hiring challenges
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensure timely communication and excellent candidate experience
• Work with TA tools, systems, and recruitment technologies
• Extract and analyze recruitment data as required
