Role: US Recruiter – IT Engineering & Life Sciences
We believe recruiting is both a science and an art – requiring strategic sourcing, expertise, industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and strong business acumen. We are seeking an experienced and driven recruiter to support hiring across IT Engineering, and Life Sciences domains for the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for contract and contract-to-hire roles, sourcing niche talent, and partnering closely with internal Recruiting Managers, Account Managers, and clients to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will drive recruitment delivery, manage critical client requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to overall account success through quality submissions and timely placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating with candidates across IT & Engineering roles such as Software Development, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Embedded Systems, Product Engineering, QA/ Automation and Infrastructure.
- LifeSciences roles such as Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Validation, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Scientific Operations.
- Partner closely with internal Recruiting Managers and Account Managers to understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and delivery expectations.
- Support Client accounts by delivering qualified candidates within established turnaround times and submission targets.
- Source and engage top talent using advanced recruiting techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening and evaluation to assess technical skills, industry experience, communication abilities, work authorization, and overall fit for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of IT Engineering and Life Sciences professionals for ongoing and future staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
- Provide market intelligence on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring processes, documentation requirements, and staffing industry best practices.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in US staffing/recruitment with strong expertise in IT Engineering and/or Life Sciences hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets including SDLC, Cloud Technologies, AI/ML, DevOps, Embedded Systems, Data Platforms, Validation, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and related domains.
- Experience working closely with Account Managers and Recruiting Leads in a fast-paced staffing environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools.
- Must have Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and work under aggressive deadlines and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
