Role Description
Macro Outsourcing is seeking for dedicated professionals for the full-time, on-site positions of US RCM - Insurance Benefits and Eligibility Verification in New Delhi. This role involves verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits, communicating with insurance providers, updating and maintaining accurate insurance information in the system, and liaising with medical billing and scheduling teams. The candidate will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while delivering exceptional support for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance processes, including benefits and eligibility verification
- Background in Finance with attention to detail in transaction handling
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Customer Service roles
- Proficiency in using relevant billing and document management software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data security regulations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
