Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US RCM AR Trainer located in Noida. The US RCM AR Trainer will be responsible for delivering specialized training sessions related to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable (AR) within the healthcare domain. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring trainees, evaluating performance, and designing skill enhancement programs to ensure knowledge transfer and competency building.
Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), insurance claims, and denials management
- Experience in training development, workshop facilitation, and effective curriculum design
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in creating training documentation, visual aids, and performance evaluations
- Ability to adapt training to learner needs and assess knowledge retention effectively
- Familiarity with US healthcare systems, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience; certifications in RCM/AR-related disciplines are a plus
- Previous experience in a training or instructor role in the healthcare or RCM domain is advantageous
