Job Description -
- Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for all US employees.
- Help in managing end-to-end payroll processing, including data validation, auditing, and reconciliation of payroll reports.
- Proficient in understanding pre-payroll requirements, handling exception scenarios, and the ability to analyze and resolve post-payroll discrepancies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process information quickly and provide actionable recommendations.
- Basic accounting knowledge, specifically related to payroll requirements.
- Good hands-on experience with US payroll operations.
- Conduct audits by preparing the necessary reports and documentation.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and provide prompt resolutions.
Desired Candidate Profile,
- Experience- 0-2 Years (Fresher can apply)
- Must be a good Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
