Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mira Road for a US Payroll Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, handling garnishments and deductions, and managing compliance with payroll tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and validating payroll data, preparing necessary reports, and collaborating with other departments to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes and managing garnishments
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with payroll regulations
- Proficiency with payroll software and related tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Prior experience with US payroll services is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
