Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in sales training or sales coaching
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Flexible and adaptive to changing business needs
- Preferred
- Background in the IT or telecommunications industry
- Formal training certifications in sales or training (e.g., Certified Sales Trainer)
