Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time US Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team on-site at our Delhi office. The role involves driving outbound sales through direct customer outreach, lead generation, and proactive engagement to introduce SaaS, IT services, and AI-powered solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building a sales pipeline, providing excellent customer service, and helping businesses adopt our innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation to identify, contact, and engage prospective clients
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to establish lasting relationships and deliver value to clients
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with a diverse range of clients
- Proven experience in Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is preferred but not mandatory
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or AI solutions is a plus
