Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a US Sales Specialist (B2B/SaaS), you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the SaaS sector. Your responsibilities include collaborating with potential and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will also provide training to customers regarding product features and value propositions, while ensuring a smooth and effective sales management process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Ability to provide Training to clients on product capabilities and effectively convey solutions
- Proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in working with US-based clients or markets is a plus
