The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for a wide range of non-technical positions across the United States. You will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding supp
ort.

* Handle full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT posi
tions.* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and internal data
bases.* Perform resume screening and initial phone inter
views.* Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, work authorization, location, compensation, and availab
ility.* Coordinate interviews between candidates and cl
ients.* Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring pr
ocess.* Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer accep
tance.* Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment best prac
tices.* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candi
dates.* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment
