We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various non-technical roles across the United States. The recruiter should be familiar with US staffing processes, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Perform Boolean and X-ray searches to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and work authorization.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs and placement targets.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing and hiring guidelines.
Required Skills
- 1–5+ years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Manufacturing, Administrative, Clerical, Customer Service, Logistics, Engineering, Sales, Retail, and Light Industrial positions.
- Strong understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, and 1099).
- Experience using ATS systems.
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with direct clients or MSP/VMS clients is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tax terms, work authorizations, and US time zones.
