SGS Technologies, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, and in business for 23+ years, is seeking a NON-IT recruiter with 3–5 years of experience hiring for banking / financial services roles. Role: NON-IT Recruiter
Location: Remote
Work timing: EST
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end NON-IT recruitment for Banking / Financial Services roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
• Screen and assess candidates to match client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process until closure
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet hiring timelines
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in NON-IT recruitment
• Strong experience hiring for Banking / Financial Services domain roles
• Good sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to close positions independently
Preference:
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
Please Note:
• We are looking for pure NON-IT recruitment experience only
• Profiles with combined IT & NON-IT recruitment experience will not be considered
• Experience mainly in healthcare/manufacturing domains will not be considered
