Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for a US Non-IT Recruiter. The recruiter will focus on sourcing and screening candidates for U.S.-based non-IT roles, collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key tasks include identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for clients and applicants.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Proven experience in Recruiting and Hiring processes for U.S. non-IT job roles
- Knowledge of best practices in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting (helpful but not mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and detail-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
