Role Overview:
- Position: Analyst / Senior Analyst (L1/L2)
- Function: US Mortgage Underwriting
- Work Mode: Work From Home
- Shift: Rotational (aligned to US business hours)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage loan files in accordance with client and investor guidelines
- Analyze Credit, Income, Asset, and Property documentation
- Apply underwriting principles, including the 4 Cs (Credit, Capacity, Collateral, and Capital)
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to defined turnaround timelines
- Update loan information in LOS platforms (e.g., Encompass, CalyxPath)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting
- Strong understanding of underwriting concepts and mortgage documentation
- Hands-on experience in document review
- Familiarity with underwriting systems is preferred
- Graduation is mandatory
