We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated professional to join our team as a US Mortgage Title Search Executive. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and verifying property title documents to support mortgage processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform basic title searches using Netronline and Title Plants.
· Conduct title searches for US mortgage processes using online databases and client-provided tools.
· Review property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other legal documents.
· Identify and resolve discrepancies in title documents.
· Prepare accurate title reports and summaries for client review.
· Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines and company standards.
· Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
· Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of experience in US Mortgage Title Search or related process.
· Strong analytical and documentation skills.
· Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
· Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools.
· Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred.
