Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a US Mortgage Title Search professional based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The role involves conducting comprehensive title searches on properties for mortgage purposes, identifying and resolving title discrepancies, collaborating with customers and relevant parties, and preparing detailed reports. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all property title documentation and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Title search of COS, TOS, FOS processes, US Mortgage Lending.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in US Mortgage Title Search or related process.
- Experience in Finance with a solid understanding of title search practices and property transactions.
- Review property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and other legal documents.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Conduct title searches for US mortgage processes using online databases and client-provided tools.
- Proficiency in using relevant software tools and platforms for property and title research like Netroline, Title plant, DataTree.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree any.
