💼 Experience & CTC:
🔹 1+ Years – ₹4 LPA
🔹 2+ Years – ₹5.5 LPA
🔹 4+ Years – ₹8–10 LPA
🔹 6+ Years – ₹10–12 LPA (Team Lead / Asst. Manager on paper mandatory)
🔹 8+ Years – ₹13–15 LPA (Team Lead / Asst. Manager on paper mandatory)
🎓 Eligibility:
✔️ Any Regular Bachelor’s Degree

📌 Key Requirements:
✔️ Strong experience in US Residential Mortgage – Origination, Processing, Pre-Closing, Post-Closing, Underwriting
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Knowledge of US Mortgage Origination Guidelines, LOS systems & AUS
✔️ Familiar with FNMA & FHLMC guidelines
✔️ Experience in handling all income types – Wage, Pension, SSA, Disability, Self-employed & Rental
✔️ Exposure to loan products – FHA, VA, USDA & Conventional
✔️ Understanding of Wholesale, Retail & Correspondent lending
⭐ Preferred:
✔️ CRU (Certified Residential Underwriter – Mortgage Bankers Association)
