Position: US Mortgage Funder
📍 Location: Remote (WFH)
🕣 Shift: 8:30PM - 5:30AM
💼 Experience: 2+ Years
We're looking for professionals with:
✅ Minimum 2+ years of Closing Disclosure (CD) preparation and revision experience
✅ Hands-on experience with Encompass LOS
✅ Strong knowledge of US Residential Mortgage Closing & Funding, TRID, and compliance
✅ Excellent communication and attention to detail
⭐ Experience with Wire Instructions will be an added advantage.
